Further Information
Background
Since our initial release, we are continually looking to improve developer experience on the Kintone platform. As part of regularly scheduled maintenance in August of 2022, we have released an option to preview our new settings and management page UI for our users.
From plug-in developers specifically, we aim to collect feedback regarding the new UI of the plug-in settings page. For more information, refer to this update: Changes Related to Implementation of a New Front-End Architecture (New Features in Development)
Providing Feedback
On the new Plug-in Settings page, you may find broken HTML and CSS elements as we work on our UI renewal.
For plug-in developers, please enable the feature preview via the Kintone Administration setting page in order to preview the design changes. Please check the following points when doing so:
- Does the plug-in settings page display correctly?
- Do all actions (buttons, form submission, etc.) operate correctly?
- Are plug-in settings saved correctly?
