Spec changes

• The date format for joinDate (Hire Date) and birthDate (Birthday) specified in the request for Adding and Updating users will change. Only the "YYYY-MM-DD" format will be accepted.
  • Relevant APIs
    • Add Users /v1/users.json [POST]
    • Update Users /v1/users.json [PUT]
  • Details
    • If a different format such as "2021" or "2021-01" is specified, an error message will appear requesting correction to the "YYYY-MM-DD" format.
